Policy on Transportation/Delivery

1. Mode of delivery (marathon's service)

Following the runner's registration, we'll send over the payment code via the website-generated email.

2. Delivery time

• After a successful payment, the website will automatically generate a Bib code and send it to the email provided by the runner.

• In some cases, if the code is not received in due course because of objective reasons such as the system error or slow Internet, runners can advise us by email to canthomarathon@dhavietnam.vn, or hotline +84 97 818 5561. We will promptly get back to you.
