Policy on Transportation/Delivery

1. Mode of delivery (BIB registration/Race Confirmation)

We will send the confirmation of the BIB number to the runner's (competitor's) email via the automatic email system of the website

2. Delivery time

• • After a successful payment, the website will automatically generate a BIB code and send it along with the confirmation of registration and successful payment to the email provided by the runner.
• • Runners may change their preferred BIB number through the BIB number change service, subject to the stipulated BIB change fee.
• • In some cases, if the code is not received in due course because of objective reasons such as the system error or slow Internet, runners can advise us by email : canthomarathon@dhavietnam.vnm, hotline +84 96 207 4489, we will promptly get back to you.
