Please print out and bring the Registration Confirmation and your ID/passport to collect the Race Kit.

• You are required to be at the Start line 30 minutes before the start of the race;

• Transportation to the Start line: You can reach the Start line by various transportation means such as taxi, car, bus, motorbike etc.

Health

Marathon runners participate on their own risk.

By taking the Bib, each runner accepts the Terms and Conditions of Participation.

Furthermore, the runner also declares that he has done a health check performed by a specialist at least three months before the race.

Race Category: 42.195-km full marathon, 21.097-km half-marathon, 10-km race and 5-km run.

Age Limits

- For the 5-km category: No limits.

- For the 10-km category: At least 14 years on the Race Day (born in 2009 or earlier).

- For the 21-km distance: At least 16 years (born in 2007 or earlier).

- For the 42-km distance: At least 18 years (born in 2005 or earlier).

 

The Course Map

The marathon has a perfect flat running course.

The official course map is available on the website, with details of all marked check points as well as water stations and aid stations.

The roadmap can be modified to optimize runners' personal record (PR) as well as the track safety, while still ensuring non-looping for a ranking marathon. Any changes are subject to AIMS measuring and verification.

Kilometer marker: Kilometer signs can be found along the entire route. Owing to the conditions, however, they may be placed with “+/- meters” from the exact point. The signs are therefore only for orientation and runners shouldn’t calculate speed based only on the signs.

 

Security and Health Officials

Security and health officials from the municipal authority are on duty in the area of the event and along the running course to assist runners. All decisions made by security officials and the medical team are final. This also includes removing a participant from the race if needed due to security or health conditions.

 

Photo Opportunities

The Organizing Committee (OC) will arrange professional photographers and video cameramen at several sites with beautiful views along the running course.

All photos will be posted on the marathon's website after the Race Day.
