All Can Tho Marathon – A Heritage Race 2022 Runners Have Insurance

The Organizing Committee of the Can Tho Marathon – A Heritage Race 2022, one of Vietnam’s most professionally organized races, will buy insurance for all runners and volunteers.

In addition to arranging fixed and mobile ambulances to provide timely support and ensure the safety for runners, the Organizing Committee also has medical stations located with refreshment points, and medical staff moving along the entire the route.

The Department of Health of Can Tho city will directly coordinate medical staff and ambulances to support runners quickly and effectively.

In order to ensure that runners receive the best support, the Organizing Committee requires competing runners to use their own Bibs. The Organizing Committee is not responsible in cases where runners intentionally use a Bib with the wrong name. Runners will be forced to leave the track if the Organizing Committee detects a violation.

Runners can request the fastest medical assistance anytime, anywhere on the track. Specifically:

- Contact the hotline printed on the Bib.

- Ask any support staff from the Organizing Committee on the track to contact medical help without having to get to a medical station.

Runners should fill in personal information and a brief medical history on the back of their Bib for timely and effective medical support.

The Heritage Race system, organized annually by DHA Vietnam, comprises the VPBank Hanoi Marathon in October, the Halong Bay Heritage Marathon in November and the Can Tho Marathon - A Heritage Race in December.
