On September 23, 2026, DHA Vietnam and Conservation Vietnam officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking the beginning of a journey to bring the message “Run for Wildlife – Run for Vietnam’s Wildlife” to the community in Can Tho.
“Run for Wildlife” at Can Tho Heritage Marathon 2026
The “Run for Wildlife” program will be implemented as part of the Can Tho Heritage Marathon 2026, taking place on December 19-20, 2026, at Song Hau Park, Can Tho.
In particular, this year’s 5KM distance will be named “5KM Conservation Vietnam” – a community run that also provides a platform to bring stories about nature and Vietnam’s wildlife closer to runners.
When Every Stride Connects the Community with Nature
Conservation is not only the responsibility of specialized organizations. When sport brings thousands of people together, every stride can become an opportunity to learn more, care more, and take action for nature.
Through the partnership between DHA Vietnam and Conservation Vietnam at the Can Tho Heritage Marathon 2026, sport will serve as a bridge to foster a deeper appreciation for nature and raise community awareness of wildlife conservation in Vietnam.
