Can Tho Marathon - A Heritage Race's Course Details

The Organizing Committee of the Can Tho Marathon - A Heritage Race, one of Vietnam's most professionally organized races, announces details of its four courses.

The 2022 heritage race in the western capital of the Mekong river basin consists of four distances, with the Start and the Finish points set at Song Hau Park.

Runners will stride along the road colored with golden showers along the romantic riverbanks.

The GPX file of the track will be posted on the Facebook fan page.

The Organizing Committee of the Can Tho Marathon - A Heritage Race wishes the runners stable fitness to conquer the final race in 2022 of the Heritage Race system.

 

Full Marathon Course

Start: Song Hau Park - Song Hau street - Tran Phu (U-turn near the old ferry terminal - Nesta hotel) - Tran Phu - Hung Vuong - Tran Hung Dao – February 3 - Tran Hoang Na - Nguyen Van Cu - Extended Nguyen Van Cu street - 4th Street - Phan Van Tri - Lo Vong Cung (Arc-shaped Avenue) – April 30 street - Tran Hoang Na - Tam Vu - Tran Ngoc Que – April 30 street - Hoa Binh boulevard - Chau Van Liem - Hai Ba Trung - Ngo Gia Tu - Nguyen Trai - Ninh Kieu bridge - Song Hau street - Song Hau Park (Finish)

 

Half Marathon

Start: Song Hau Park - Song Hau street - Tran Phu (U-turn near the old ferry pier - Nesta hotel) - Tran Phu - Hung Vuong - Tran Hung Dao – February 3 - Dau Sau bridge - Lo Vong Cung (Arc-shaped Avenue) – U-turn at Linh Phuong building materials store - Lo Vong Cung (Arc-shaped Avenue) - April 30 - Tran Hoang Na - Tam Vu - Tran Ngoc Que - April 30 - Hoa Binh Boulevard - Chau Van Liem - Hai Ba Trung - Ngo Gia Tu - Nguyen Trai - Ninh Kieu bridge - Song Hau street - Song Hau Park (Finish)

 

10-km Race

Start: Song Hau Park - Song Hau street - Tran Phu (U-turn near the old ferry terminal - Nesta hotel) - Tran Phu - Nguyen Trai - Ninh Kieu bridge - Song Hau street - turn left across the Can Tho multi-sport arena - Tran Van Kheo - Song Hau street - Tran Phu (U-turn near the old ferry terminal - Nesta hotel) - Tran Phu - Nguyen Trai - Ninh Kieu bridge - Song Hau street – Song Hau Park (Finish)

 

5-km Run

Start: Song Hau Park - Song Hau street - Tran Phu (U-turn near the old ferry pier - Nesta hotel) - Tran Phu - Nguyen Trai - Ninh Kieu bridge - Song Hau street – Song Hau Park (Finish)

The Can Tho Marathon - A Heritage Race represents an opportunity to discover the charming beauty of the western land in Vietnam's southern region through each running step. The marathon has joined the Age Group Ranking System of Abbott World Marathon Majors, counting from 2022.
