Can Tho Marathon–Heritage Race 2023 Ready For 9,000 Runners

The Can Tho Marathon - Heritage Race 2023's Organizing Committee has ended organization work, optimizing the track to host some 9,000 runners in early December.

Officials of Duc Huong Anh Co Ltd, the owner and organizer of the Can Tho Marathon – Heritage Race 2023,

met with the Can Tho City’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on Nov 2, 2023 to report progress of the

preparatory work for the Dec 3 Race Day.

 

The route for the December 3 Race Day will omit sections passing through local markets, iron bridges, and the 10-km distance track will be in a single loop, Duc Huong Anh Co Ltd, the race’s owner and organizer, reported to the Can Tho City’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in a meeting on November 2, 2023.

At the meeting, the company representative also laid out detailed plans on Race Kit distribution, the arrangements for the event’s exhibition area, the Start and Finish times, the opening ceremony as well as the best solutions for security and runner support.

The Organizing Committee will close registration at 23:59 on November 15, 2023.
